Three people were hurt by a gas blast in the street outside an estate agency in the Wai Cheung Industrial Centre in Shek Pai Tau Road, Tuen Mun, at about 5pm yesterday. Police said the explosion sent a manhole cover flying into the air and smashed the door of the agency. A woman in the office and a boy, 12, and an elderly woman walking nearby suffered minor injuries.
