Apple Daily files copyright writ

Apple Daily has filed an injunction against Oriental Daily, the ON.CC website and the publisher of Sun News for allegedly copying its articles. Apple Daily Limited filed a writ against Oriental Press Group, ON.CC (BVI), Oriental Daily Publisher, and The Sun News Publisher in the Court of First Instance. It sought an injunction against and admission of copyright infringement, and damages.
