David Bicknell from Oakridge Wines in Australia's Yarra Valley will host a dinner on July 30 at Angelini restaurant in the Kowloon Shangri-La. The five-course meal comes with Sardinian red shrimp tartare with summer mushroom sauce, light basil pesto and crispy shrimp paired with the Oakridge Chardonnay 2008; and braised lamb shank with juniper berries, broad beans, leeks and peas with the winery's Shiraz 2006.
