Indecent act seen in car

Married businessman Szeto Wing-fat didn't think anyone was watching when he stripped naked in his car and took pictures of his genitals.

But a neighbour could see him through the car window and called the police - and the 50-year-old ended up in Kwun Tong Court yesterday charged with public indecency. He pleaded guilty and Magistrate David Dufton adjourned sentencing to August 13, calling for a probation officer's report.

'I am not a flasher. I didn't know that someone could see me,' Szeto told the magistrate.

The court heard that about 11am on June 26, a 39-year-old man who was in his house at Ho Chung New Village, Sai Kung, saw Szeto get into a car and undress. The man could see Szeto's private part through the window of the vehicle and saw Szeto point a camera towards it.

Szeto was still naked when police arrived 40 minutes later.

Officers found 139 photographs in the camera showing a male private part - some adorned with a rubber hair band and plastic clips - that Szeto later admitted was his.

Szeto admitted that he had made a mistake and said he was willing to take responsibility.
