EXILED mainland labour activist Han Dongfang will leave Hong Kong on Wednesday to tour Europe. Mr Han is expected to deliver a speech to the World Labour Union in Geneva and take up invitations from major unions in France, Sweden and Britain. His trip is likely to provoke harsh criticism from Beijing.
