Legal firm faces lawsuit

LAW firm Alsop Wilkinson is being sued for $20 million for alleged negligence in providing legal services to Ruriko Nagata and Bjoen Williamson, according to a writ filed in the High Court.

The plaintiffs, of Hong Kong, alternatively allege the firm breached its legal duty to exercise reasonable care and skill in the provision of legal services.
