Pirate CD haul

CUSTOMS officers seized 4,000 pirated compact discs with a retail value of about $140,000 during a routine cargo examination at Kai Tak airport last Thursday. The seizure was kept secret for further investigations, which led to the arrest of a 37-year-old man, who was later released on bail.
