Kerry unveils Soho189

Kerry Properties has launched Soho 189, a joint development with Peterson Group, in Sheung Wan. Kerry has also teamed up with Sotheby's International Realty for the property's leasing and tenancy management. Due to be completed in 2013, the project at 189 Queen's Road West will have 149 units and a clubhouse of about 15,000 sqft. Sotheby's can provide services such as leasing, tenant selection, agreement execution, and maintenance.
