The 22nd floor of Convention Plaza, a luxury residential property next to the Convention and Exhibition Centre, is inviting bids through Savills until September 28. Savills expects the 21,180 sqft property to fetch about HK$350 million. Meanwhile, the government is inviting public tenders for 35 South Bay Road from September 23 to October 28. The 14,402 sqft site, suitable for building luxury houses on, is worth HK$450 to HK$500 million.
