Just because Coco Lee is now a married woman, it doesn't mean she's going to become a stay-at-home Mrs Rockowitz.
The pop diva was a guest at the reopening of the Estee Lauder beauty counter in the Lane Crawford store in Canton Road on Tuesday. She flaunted her curves in a skin-tight bandage dress ? la Herve Leger and accessorised with multi-carat diamonds from Van Cleef & Arpels.
Lee said she had been travelling around the world for work and had only seen businessman husband Bruce Rockowitz twice since their October wedding.
'Of course we miss each other, but Bruce is very supportive. He understands my long hours and that I have to travel all the time,' Lee said. The beauty will be in Beijing later this week for a charity concert.
While a string of local celebrities will be expecting newborns in the Year of the Dragon, Lee said she wasn't in any rush to have a child next year. 'You can't really force these things to happen.'
Lee and the other guest of honour, former Miss Hong Kong Elizabeth Lee Mei-fung (no relation), autographed 50 packs of Estee Lauder Christmas gift boxes. Proceeds from the sale of the limited-edition gift sets will be donated to the UN children's fund Unicef for post-earthquake reconstruction in Yushu county, Qinghai province.
