Kim Kardasian took time out from her busy post baby schedule to sit front row at the Givenchy show at Paris Fashion Week. The reality star sat with partner Kanye West, wearing a sexy tight black dress with sheer panelling and a slit up the side.

The famous pair caused quite the ruckus with paparazzi outside the Halle Freyssinet show venue, almost overshadowing the other stars that had come to see designer Riccardo Tisci's Spring Summer 2014 collection debut. Last season the couple were regulars on the Paris Fashion Week circuit, but as new parents - so far they only attended the Givenchy this season - no doubt to support Tisci, who has become close to the couple.  He can claim to be the man who famously dressed West in one of his men's kilts and a heavily pregnant Kardasian in that floral Met Ball gown.

At the show, a pile of broken cars were piled into the middle of the circular runway - models such as Tisci favourite, Joan Smalls, walked to the aggressive beat of live drummers. The collection opened with beautiful soft jersey draped outfits that, oddly, communicated a sense of serenity. However, we all know that a Givenchy show isn't Givenchy without a hint of sex appeal - and this time Tisci expressed the sensual and ethereal. The look was highly feminine, especially in those stunning floor length dresses shimmering as their long  pleated skirts moved. Tisci used leather strips and detailing up top to balance out the uber soft, feminine shapes. Another surprising direction for Givenchy. Again beautifully executed.
