Sarah Baughn accused Choudhury of sexually assaulting and harassing her, then sabotaging her career when she rebuffed him. In a lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Baughn, 29, says Choudhury, pressed his body against hers and whispered sexual comments.
The former French president has been placed under formal investigation over claims his 2007 election campaign received thousands of euros in illegal donations from L'Oreal heiress Liliane Bettencourt. Sarkozy denies taking financial advantage of Bettencourt. Police raided Sarkozy's home and offices last July after he lost his presidential immunity.
