Golden couple Donnie Yen Ji-dan and Cissy Wang enjoyed a romantic getaway in Italy last week, where they attended a charity event for Bulgari.
The action star and his model wife joined A-listers on the red carpet - including Zhang Ziyi, Stephen Dorff, Jessica Biel and Adrien Brody - at the launch of the "Stop.Think.Give" photo exhibition in Rome's Terme di Diocleziano last Thursday.
The show featured photos of some 130 celebrity supporters and the beneficiaries of Bulgari's charity programme for Save the Children.
These were taken by world famous photographer Fabrizio Ferri, who has been working on the project since 2009.
Yen and Wang had flown to Rome before the ceremony and worked with Ferri on a series of photos. It only took them about two minutes to get the perfect shots.
Ferri said he was moved by the amount of support. "There are over 100 photos showcased at the exhibition but in my heart, there's only one picture - and that is the picture of everyone working so hard to raise funds for Save the Children."
This is not the only high-profile project that Bulgari has organised for Save the Children. In 2010, the Italian luxury jeweller and watchmaker unveiled a special sterling silver and black ceramic ring. For every ring sold, it donated US$90 from the US$420 price tag to the charity. Since its launch, Bulgari has raised more than US$20 million.
