American rockers Bon Jovi will perform in Macau for the first time in September this year, in two shows at the Cotai Arena at The Venetian Macao.

“We've toured around the world performing over 2,900 concerts in more than 50 countries and today I am excited to announce that for the first time ever we are performing in Macau,” said the band’s frontman, Jon Bon Jovi.

Bon Jovi have been making music for more than 30 years, with their hits including Livin' On A Prayer, You Give Love A Bad Name, Who Says You Can't Go Home and It's My Life. In that time they have sold more than 130 million albums.

“We are honoured and excited to bring Bon Jovi to Macau for the very first time,” said Dave Horton, global chief marketing officer, Las Vegas Sands Corp & Sands China. “Bon Jovi are a global phenomenon and this announcement is more evidence of our continuing commitment to Macau.”

Bon Jovi will perform at the Cotai Arena on September 25 and 26. The tour is co-promoted by The Venetian Macao and AEG Live.
