Skewer indulgence: six Japanese grill restaurants in Hong Kong

It's hard to beat Japanese grilled food for freshness - especially if you get hands-on and grill it yourself. Whether it's yakitori (grilled chicken), yakiniku (Japanese-style Korean barbecue) or kushiyaki (encompassing different meats, seafood and vegetables) you like, we've covered them all. Yakiniku Great specialises in lean cuts

Tougarashi beef.
