Macau’s Robuchon au Dôme provides an exquisite dining experience
Artfully presented dishes complement stunning interior
The restaurant boasts a stunning interior, featuring a glittering crystal chandelier cascading down from the top of the dome and beautifully carved replicas of Bordeaux châteaux. There is also an impressive wine cellar and a view of the city for diners ready to indulge in Joël Robuchon’s cuisine.
The dining experience is exquisite with each dish artistically presented. Innovative dishes such as Mimosa egg with Impérial caviar and king crab refreshed with crustacean jelly and light cauliflower cream are excellent.
For mains, grilled Kagoshima beef and baby lamb rack are good. To end, a dessert trolley is wheeled to the table.
