HAPPENINGS: It's said that bigger is always better. While that sentiment may still be up for debate, it clearly holds true for Miu Miu, which recently expanded and redesigned its flagship store in Tsim Sha Tsui. To celebrate this milestone, celebrities, fashionistas and VIP guests partied the night away in the new three-storey, 1,000-square-metre store.

Champagne, hors d'oeuvres, and a sashimi and seafood bar welcomed guests, including socialites Hilary Tsui and Victoria Tang, actress Jennifer Tse and model and patisserie owner Amanda Strang. Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara and Korean actress Park Shin-hye also flew in for the cocktail party.

What do you think of Miu Miu's spring/summer collection?
It's great. Miu Miu always has that retro touch, whether in the shoes or the print, which makes it so much fun.

Do you have any style tips for spring?
For spring, you want to be colourful. Burst out the colours and have fun!

Valentine's Day is coming up. How will you celebrate?
Honestly, until I opened Petite Amanda [patisserie], I never celebrated Valentine's Day. Once I opened the shop, I realised how special the day is. It's touching to watch people line up to buy a cake for their special person.

What specials will Petite Amanda offer for Valentine's Day?
This year, we will have macaroons with "I love you" on them and a dome cake with a heart on it. Cute stuff.
