Celebrities lent their star power to Swiss jeweller and watchmaker Piaget when it opened its flagship store in the Mandarin Oriental hotel.
Among more than 160 guests were action film star Donnie Yen Ji-dan and model wife Cissy Wang, South Korean heartthrob Choi Si-won, actress Shu Qi, and socialites Pansy Ho Chiu-king, Lynn Hsieh Ling-ling and Angela Leong On-kei. A-list model Kathy Chow Man-kei, who had just returned from France after marrying property company executive Julien Lepeu, also attended Thursday's event with her new husband.
Shu dazzled in a sequinned Elie Saab dress with a plunging neckline, while Chow, as befits a new bride, opted for a crisp white floor-length gown.
The party-goers sipped champagne and checked out the brand's fine jewellery in the store before heading to the Clipper Lounge for dinner.
The venue was decorated with thousands of deep pink Yves Piaget roses, and the menu of stunning rose-themed dishes was created by Mandarin Oriental's executive chef Uwe Opocensky.
