Two sought over Legco lift prank
Three others arrested over move to delay return of lawmakers to chamber for budget debate

Police are seeking two more men following the arrest of three assistants of lawmaker "Long Hair" Leung Kwok-hung over an apparent prank involving lifts in the Legislative Council building.
Three lifts were targeted in what appeared to be an attempt to delay lawmakers from returning to the chamber within the required 15 minutes after being summoned.
The two men wanted by police were visitors to the Legco complex at the time, police said. Police are understood to have visited their homes but failed to find them.
"Officers have left messages with their family members, asking them to contact the Central district crime squad," one officer said.
Three of Leung's assistants, aged between 24 and 28, were picked up by police at their homes in Sha Tin and Sau Mau Ping on Tuesday.
They were granted police bail and are required to report back to police next month.
They are accused of breaching section 19 of the Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges) Ordinance, which covers interfering with council members carrying out their duty.
The offence is punishable by up to 12 months' jail and a maximum HK$10,000 fine.
The three are Raphael Wong Ho-ming, Anson Wong Hin-wai and Keung Ling-cheung - all members of Leung's League of Social Democrats.
Raphael Wong said that if there was enough evidence then prosecution should begin immediately. "If there is not enough evidence, I think public money should not be wasted," he said.
"Public money should not be spent on such an unnecessary case," he said.
When asked whether he would offer help to the arrested members, Leung said: "My party will fully support our members if there are lawsuits coming up."
Earlier this month, Legco president Jasper Tsang Yok-sing said at least five lawmakers were delayed although the debate on April 25 was not aborted.
At least half of the 70 lawmakers have to return to the chamber within 15 minutes after the bell rings for a quorum call or the meeting will have to beaborted.
