RGP traces its roots to the Big Four professional services firms, beginning in 1996 as a division of Deloitte & Touche. In 2012, the company launched its two sub-brands, RGP Legal and RGP Healthcare. 

With a strong foothold in the United States, RGP has service networks across Europe and Asia.
