Anyone on the lookout for a duplex home should consider StarCrest – a prestigious Wan Chai development at No 9 Star Street, which is known for its upmarket restaurants and bars.
Midland Realty is marketing an apartment located at Block 1, on a high floor. Jan Poon, the agent at Midland, recommends the high-floor duplex flat because of its value and price. With only four similar flats in the development, this is the only one being released into the market.
Star Street has a low-density environment and is near Admiralty, which is famous for its high-end shopping malls – such as Pacific Place – cafes, galleries and bars.
