Live the life of a tycoon: Wan Chai duplex and Tai Tam luxury house are up for grabs

A 1,525 sq ft StarCrest duplex is for sale in Wan Chai for HK$59 million, and a 2,958 sq ft house at 18, Pak Shan Road, Tai Tam, is offered for HK$92 million

Anyone on the lookout for a duplex home should consider StarCrest – a prestigious Wan Chai development at No 9 Star Street, which is known for its upmarket restaurants and bars.

Midland Realty is marketing an apartment located at Block 1, on a high floor. Jan Poon, the agent at Midland, recommends the high-floor duplex flat because of its value and price. With only four similar flats in the development, this is the only one being released into the market.

Star Street has a low-density environment and is near Admiralty, which is famous for its high-end shopping malls – such as Pacific Place – cafes, galleries and bars. The duplex, priced at HK$59 million, has a gross floor area of 1,902 sq ft and a saleable area of 1,525 sq ft. It has three rooms, including two living/dining rooms.

Elsewhere, the Redhill Peninsula is located on the south side of Hong Kong island, where many of Hong Kong’s tycoons live.

Landscope Christie’s is marketing a house located in 18, Pak Shan Road,Tai Tam.

The HK$92 million unit has a gross floor area of 3,377 sq ft and a saleable area of 2,958 sq ft. It has a 1,960 sq ft garden, and a roof area of 1,011 sq ft.

The unit has four bedrooms, including two en suites and three bathrooms. It has a great sea view, and the agent in charge is Michelle Chung.
