            <description><![CDATA[A drunk male US citizen wearing a skull and crossbones T-shirt punched a policeman after a dispute turned violent in a Wan Chai shoe store last night, police said. The 39-year-old man, surnamed Allan, was arrested for assault.  Police said Allan was harassing a 47-year-old woman in the store on Johnston Road at around 7.50pm, when another expatriate man intervened.  The two  men  scuffled, damaging a shelf in the store. When a police officer arrived, Allan punched him, causing light injuries to the officer's face and hands. The officer then subdued Allan. All three men were sent to hospital for treatment  of minor injuries.]]></description>
