Find Tan cuisine at its finest at Macau’s Golden Flower
A world of gastronomic delights awaits diners at Golden Flower
Diners are transported into another world at Golden Flower, with décor inspired by the Asian dining room of a British shipping tycoon. At the entrance, the impressive vases are reminiscent of the “Peacock Room” in the Freer Gallery of Art in Washington DC.
The food is distinctly Chinese and includes Tan cuisine created by Tan Zongjun, who combined the best of the north and south and, using supreme chicken stock as its base, created a series of intricately prepared dishes. We recommend master chef Liu Guozhu’s eight-course classic menu or choices of Tan, Lu, Sichuan and Cantonese à la carte items.
Signature dishes
Sweet and sour cabbage with chilli vinaigrette
Braised Yoshihama abalone in brown sauce
Stewed fish maw with crab claw in supreme chicken soup
