Macau’s Mizumi Wynn Palace lives up to top billing
A flower theme shows up in the décor, while a cherry-tree sculpture is the centrepiece
Diners can expect authentic Japanese cuisine in a vibrant setting. Wynn Palace’s flower theme shows up in the décor from the carpet to the tables and a cherry tree sculpture in gold with glass light leaves is the dining room’s centrepiece.
There are two teppanyaki stations and private rooms. Overseeing the kitchen is chef Min Kim, whose career spans prestigious Michelin two-star restaurant Narisawa and iconic three-star Ryugin, both in Tokyo, and Sake Double Bay Restaurant in Sydney. We recommend the fresh sashimi and the Ishigaki wagyu A5 steak, or a teppanyaki omakase set. We also suggest the sake pairing as the restaurant stocks some rare sakes.
Signature Dishes
Chilled chawanmushi
Crispy sour tile fish
