The Chin’s modern twist on Chinese cuisine treats Hong Kong diners
Refreshing new arrival in Stanley Street offers elegant dining option
Stanley Street, for decades, is where tycoons have dined, whether it be for dim sum or dinner. The Chin’s is a refreshing new arrival to the area, offering Chinese specialities in an elegant setting. With executive chef Ringo Chow – previously at China Tang – diners are in for a treat as
he puts a modern twist on authentic Chinese dishes.
Dim sum favourites include steamed assorted seafood dumpling with Champagne sauce and deep-fried taro croquette with abalone and caviar. Signatures include marinated pigeon with Hua Diao wine and stewed oxtail with red date. For dessert, try roselle pudding and sponge cake layered with egg custard.
