This exclusive restaurant, which is relocating in April, has long been a top choice among lovers of fresh, fine quality Japanese cuisine

This exclusive high-end Japanese restaurant, specialising in kaiseki cuisine, has been located on the quieter end of Hollywood Road since it opened in 2009. However, from this April, it will move to Oak Hill Road, Wan Chai.

In April, Wagyu Kaiseki Den moves to a new location on Oak Hill Road, Wan Chai.

Still at the helm is chef Hiroyuki Saotome, who has over 30 years’ experience and each month creates new tasting menus using fresh produce flown in daily from Japan.

The nine-course set menu includes soups, sashimi, sushi, cooked fish
and beef.

Other than the wagyu beef, sea urchin truffle rice is another signature dish.

Reservations are a must.
