Pierre offers floor-to-ceiling panoramic views from the top floor of the Mandarin Oriental, and the luxurious décor features crystal chandeliers and comfortable armchairs. Culinary genius Pierre Gagnaire presents unconventional dishes of contemporary French food.

Gagnaire also has restaurants in Paris, Las Vegas, London, Tokyo, Seoul and Da Nang. His focus is on combinations of tastes and flavours.

We like the signature fresh blue lobster, the tail in aiguillette coated with brown butter, with avocado, yellow and green mango. The claws are done with fresh soy and traditional bisque, and with creamy coral cauliflower couscous and salicornia.
