Turn ON: just the place to relax and indulge your appetite

As the brainchild of chef Philippe Orrico and three long-time friends, the menu is set to impress

The two-storey restaurant and lounge takes the top floors of 18 On Lan Street. Fitted with large windows and with a terrace on the 29th floor, ON is the perfect place to relax and indulge your appetite.

As the brainchild of chef Philippe Orrico and three long-time friends, the menu is set to impress. Must-try starters include venison terrine, sear urchin trilogy and roasted scallops. Mains of Challans duck apicius with leeks, sesame, blood orange, spelt duck leg, white beans, foie gras, truffle bouillon and sea urchin tagliolini with prawns are also good. Cheese with port or a dessert are good endings. Wine is mainly from France, Italy and Germany with some from Lebanon.
