Inspired by the greenery of Kowloon Park, which the restaurant overlooks, the décor at Cuisine Cuisine is predominantly emerald – from the carpet to the leather chairs and booths. Glittering glass orbs dangle from the ceiling, while modern art pieces adorn the walls. Chef de cuisine Edwin Tang puts contemporary twists on traditional Chinese dishes, and dim sum here is outstanding.

Signatures include roasted Peking duck, sautéed crystal king prawn and honey-glazed barbecued pork. The wine list boasts more than 350 labels. Perfect for business lunches and dinners, there is an extensive à la carte menu and seasonal tasting menus.

Signature dishes

Crab meat with minced shrimp balls, black truffle, topped with caviar in pumpkin soup

Kurobuta pork roll stuffed with foie gras and raspberries

Carabinero prawn with egg white
