Hong Kong snooker ace Ng On-yee won her second world title in a month when she clinched the women’s Six Reds World Championship singles title in Leeds, England.

Ng made a quick recover from her defeat in the men’s world championship qualifying round as she beat Emma Bonney of England 4-2 in the final at Northern Snooker Centre on Thursday.

She was given a bye in the first round and did not drop a frame until the semi-finals, where she beat England’ s Rebecca Kenna 3-2.

“Her schedule is very busy these days but we have focused on her fitness training and that’s why she can cope,” said coach Alan Wong. “Ng has raised her game recently, giving her a lot more confidence on the international stage.”
