Suspected burglar held after seaward dash

A burglar trying to break into a Deep Water Bay flat jumped into the sea at about 3am yesterday when the owner of the flat heard a noise and went to check. Marine police caught and arrested a 40-year-old man for attempted burglary. The suspect and two officers were treated for minor injuries at Ruttonjee Hospital.
