With her boyish build, elfin face and super-short platinum hair, Eve Smith, aka DJ Eve Speciall, says she always gets the same comments. 'People come to me and say, 'You look exactly like Agyness Deyn,'' she says.

Smith resents the comparison. 'I'm usually burning from the inside because they say it like I'm some small-town Agyness Deyn wannabe.'

UK shirt-slogan king Henry Holland rallies the crowd at distributor's Christmas bash

British fashion's golden boy, Henry Holland, has visited Hong Kong to meet the press and have a tete-a-tete with potential business partners.

The designer is famed for his smart T-shirts and sometimes provocative slogans, and for his friendships with top British fashion insiders, stars and models such as Alexa Chung and Agyness Deyn.

Twenty8Twelve

Who started it? Fashion label Twenty8Twelve by s.miller was launched this year by sisters Savannah and Sienna Miller (below). The label was named after Sienna's December 28 birthday. The sisters decided to launch the collection when Pepe jeans owner Carlos Ortega approached them with the idea in 2006.
