Seoul friendly

Football rivals South Korea and Japan clash in a friendly match in Seoul tonight.

Both the 2002 World Cup co-hosts will be missing their star players, who are based in Europe.

South Korean coach Humberto Coelho has named a squad consisting of mostly domestic-based players.

Shimizu leave injured Ahn at home

Hong Kong fans hoping to see South Korea's pin-up boy Ahn Jung-hwan in action were left disappointed as J-League side Shimizu S-Pulse landed in town for tomorrow's AFC Champions League clash against South China without the World Cup hero. Both Ahn and Brazil-born Japanese international Alex stayed home after picking up injuries recently.
