In reality, there is often no one around to help. Every day, at least two women in Hong Kong are raped or attacked.

Lecturer will be sorely missed

BEING a former student of the Hongkong Polytechnic's Diploma in Japanese course, I feel very sad about the decision by the polytechnic administration to terminate the service of Mr Seiko Shono.

He is a senior lecturer who has been teaching Japanese in Hongkong for more than 20 years.
