Death toll mounts from Mindulle

The death toll in Taiwan from Tropical Storm Mindulle has risen to 19, while a group of stranded Hong Kong tourists were forced to walk down the mountain at Alishan. On the mainland, a woman and her 12-year-old son have drowned and two other people are missing after 10 boats on Huzhou's Tai Lake got into difficulty in the storm.
