A park full of wonders

My class recently visited Noah's Ark in Ma Wan for our life-wide learning day. It was an unforgettable experience.

We headed up to Hilltop Lookout. Since it is so high, I had a beautiful view of Ma Wan. The houses looked like matchboxes. Then we went to the Heritage Centre to look at the historical relics which were discovered in Ma Wan.

We eventuallyfound a stinking, reeking facility with no Western plumbing and not toilet paper - in one of the most popular international tourist attractions in town.

Little Rock, Arkansas: Appeals failed yesterday for three condemned men, all due to die today in the second triple execution in the United States since the death penalty was restored in 1974.

Paul Ruiz, 49, and Earl Denton, 47, were convicted of killing two policemen in 1977. The third man is Kirt Wainwright, 30, sentenced to die for the 1988 murder of a shop clerk.

Season for singles

SO that was spring, when men's thoughts allegedly turn to love, and all around me my friends' thoughts turn to depression. Is there a connection here? I think so.
