Frontline moves on voting rights

Norwegian tanker group Frontline says it will demand equal voting rights for ICB Shipping's A and B shares.

'Frontline's primary demand will be to equalise the voting rights of the two share classes,' the company said as it outlined plans to continue opposing ICB's takeover of Astro Tankers.
