As the name says, ice cream is frozen cream or milk, usually cow's milk. It is usually flavoured with sugar or fruit. But it can also be made from goat's milk or even soy milk.

Hippies hit back

They were both clever marketing ploys. A fancy European name and homemade ice-cream with the biggest-ever lumps. Both were winners. But as anyone who's tried to market products in the mainland will tell you, the key to making it really big is not your clever idea, but securing your distribution channels.

IT'S just not possible for any major story to unfold on the world stage without there being a Hong Kong connection.

Following the O. J. Simpson saga being played out in Los Angeles, we knew it was only a matter of time before we were able to link the case with something or someone in the territory.
