On style, she rules

I was rather disconcerted when I went looking for size 36A bras at an established lingerie shop in a Central mall. They didn't have my size, so the saleswoman tried to make me buy a 34B saying it was basically the same. Why can't you get a proper bra fitting in this town?

Sheer, the multi-label lingerie boutique that opened in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong in December, is something of a hidden gem - tucked away on the fourth floor of a commercial building. And shoppers are usually happy to make the discovery.

Carina Lau helps give 'wonder bra' a lift at shop opening

The recession must be really bad. Normally, Carina Lau Ka-ling (below left) would be an ambassador only for upscale watches and luxury fashion boutiques but on Tuesday she was willing to lend her glamour to a new local undergarment brand's shop opening.
