MHCS SCS is in a legal battle with Acker Merrall over Krug.

MHCS SCS has sought an injunction against international wine auctioneer Acker Merrall & Condit Asia to stop the wine auctioneer from infringing on its trademark for Krug champagne.

What: An exclusive dinner atop one of the city's tallest buildings was the location for the champagne house to unveil its newest vintage. The director of the winery, Olivier Krug, was present and joined guests for the Grand Hyatt catered dinner.

Perfect Match

The classic British fry-up is great for breakfast in the winter or a leisurely Sunday brunch - and it's probably the ultimate hangover cure (the other 'cure' being moderation). It can have all sorts of additions, but the basic ingredients are fried eggs, thinly cut beefsteak, sausages, bacon and some sort of starch. My Lebanese friends insist on adding rare liver.

'My home is in Reims [in France], although my wife would say she's not sure whether I live at home or not. I travel about four months of the year and when I'm at home, I can be in Paris five days a week.

Perfect Match

It's amazing how the hard-working muscle of a scallop can be so succulent and tender. But the delicate, protein texture can easily turn into cardboard if over-heated. Scallops also have a tendency to shrink, which squeezes out their delicious juices.
