After leaving them empty for five years, Hang Lung Properties yesterday priced 10 flats at its AquaMarine development in Cheung Sha Wan about 15 per cent higher than current secondary transactions in nearby developments.

First three blocks chosen for free makeover

Bomb hoax grounds plane for two hours

A bomb scare grounded a plane for two hours at Chek Lap Kok airport yesterday. Passengers were evacuated from Shanghai-bound China Eastern Airlines flight MU502 after it was halted on the runway at 12.30pm. Nothing suspicious was found and it left at 2.45pm. It was believed to have been a hoax call.

Founder of wakeboard school killed in car crash

One of the founders of a prominent watersports training school died yesterday after crashing his BMW into a road divider in Tai Po.

Wakeboard School founder Johnson Hui Chung-shun, 37, was driving towards Tai Mei Tuk when he lost control of his car on Ting Kok Road near Fortune Garden at 3.30am.
