The rot failed to stop for the Hong Kong Flying Dragons who lost their seventh straight game after succumbing to the Zhejiang Horses 111-130 in the CBA First Division basketball league yesterday.

The Hong Kong Flying Dragons crashed to their fourth straight loss in the Chinese Basketball Association when they were beaten 113-82 by the Guangdong Southern Tigers in Dongguan last night. The loss added fuel to rumours that Dragons coach Li Ren would quit. He had earlier indicated that he would step down if he didn't see improvement in his team.

Dragons come close to downing Ducks

The Hong Kong Flying Dragons gave a strong showing but fell just short of victory on their debut in the Chinese Basketball Association yesterday. Former NBA player Sharone Wright and fellow American Willie Mitchell made big impressions for the SAR team but were unable to prevent the Shougang Beijing Ducks scoring a 109-104 win.
