Movenpick Swiss Chocolate

The flavours of this brand are quite subtle, which means that the first spoonful may seem uninteresting. Don't be deceived - this satiates chocolate cravings and is a great summer refreshment at the same time. Shavings of chocolate provide a slight crunch and are well-distributed, adding pleasing bursts of cocoa richness.

Have a hoppy Easter

Easter is the time when people get together and eat lots and lots of chocolate. Young Post has a long tradition of pairing up our readers and reporters to test taste the town's chocolate offerings. To give you the lowdown on quality, they will sacrifice their waistlines and munch their way through kilos of the stuff trying to identify some of the best treats around. This year is no exception.

Unusual fillings are tasty treats

Monde Chocolatier on the 10th floor is an interesting discovery: a combined coffee shop and hand-made chocolate emporium. Choc stars

It takes a long time just to make a few artisan chocolates. That's why I would not envision a mass production of my chocolates and only prepare according to advance orders,' says executive pastry chef Anthony Qin Tao of Hyatt Regency Sha Tin, as he puts the finishing touches on his first batch of Valentine's Day Kiss Me chocolate lips, which are bright, shiny and lipstick red.

Budding tastes

WE'VE COME a long way since the Mars Bar. The way some people describe chocolate today, it's hard not to mistake it for oenophile chit chat, with all the 'powerful tannins', 'acidulous fruitiness', 'lingering notes' and 'woody aromas' being flung around over Grand Crus.
