Games centres rules revealed

GUIDELINES on the enforcement of proposed legislation on amusement centres were revealed yesterday in an effort to ease worries that it could be abused.

Legislators expressed concern last week about certain proposals.

More study rooms open

STUDENTS can now make use of 101 temporary study rooms provided by the Education Department in 51 government and aided schools throughout the territory. They will be open until June 30 from Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

Of these, 21 for secondary pupils will open from 7 pm to 10 pm. Thirty for both primary and secondary students will be open from 7 pm to 9 pm.
