Nobody will be prosecuted over the collapse of a green roof at the City University of Hong Kong in May last year which injured three people, the government announced on Wednesday.
Three people were injured on May 20, 2016, when the roof of City University’s Tai Ho Multi-Purpose Hall, which had been covered in grass, fell in on the institution's Kowloon Tong campus.
