Hart fails on mountains

NGAI Hing's best climber Brendan Hart finished a disappointing 20th in yesterday's mountainous fourth stage of the Tour de Taiwan cycling race.

Competing in the 180-kilometre stage from Taichung to Alisan which rises to 2,174 metres, Hart could not reproduce the form which won him the King of the Mountain title in this race two years ago.
