Time to get it right on private clubs

Private clubs in Hong Kong are a peculiar reminder of the privileges enjoyed by the well-to-do in the colonial era. The clubs, which occupy some of the city's prime sites for free or a nominal rent for decades, are open only to those who can afford handsome membership fees.
