Shougang Concord lifts stake in coal producer

Steelmaker Shougang Concord International Enterprises said it would pay HK$1.93 billion to increase its stake in coking coal firm Fushan International Energy Group by 9.8 per cent to 21.79 per cent.

Sun's Group targets six mines in foray into coking coal sector
