Happy Father's Day!

When I need real understanding, when I need someone to care, when I need someone to guide me, a father is always there.

Thank you for your comfort and encouragement which means so much to me as I'm growing up.

I love you, Papa.

Dear Toni

I'm having a hard time forgiving and forgetting my friend. She had a group of friends who ditched her. She was very lonely, so I became her shoulder to cry on, and eventually her best friend. We became very close.

Stefan Gates

'If I'm filming abroad I often get up at dawn and we head out to start shooting straight away. If we're shooting in Africa and staying with a tribe, that's when our hosts usually wake up, so it would be rude to stay in bed.

If I'm at home I usually get up at about 6am. I'd love to sleep longer but my mind races from about 5am.
