Tao equips Housing Authority officers to face new challenge

'HIGH-QUALITY' OFFICERS SOUGHT BY THE PLA

The military needs more highly educated officers, the People's Liberation Army Daily reported in a front-page commentary. The PLA must recruit more 'high-quality' officers because of the need to improve its defence capacity, it said, adding that well-educated officers were the backbone of modern warfare, which focused on technology and knowledge.
